Adam Nevill is a British horror author whose Apartment 16 and The Ritual are among the most effective British horror novels of the twenty-first century. The Ritual was adapted into a film. His work combines Gothic atmosphere with genuine supernatural dread and a deep knowledge of occult tradition.
