The Dilemma of a Ghost

Ghanaian novelist, playwright, and poet who was one of the first African women to publish a novel, Our Sister Killjoy, in 1977. Her work explores gender and postcolonial identity in Africa with feminist energy. She was a foundational figure in African women's literature.
