Ayn Rand
Ayn Rand was a Russian-American novelist and philosopher who developed the philosophical system of Objectivism. Her novels, particularly The Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged, promoted individualism and rational self-interest and became enduringly popular, selling tens of millions of copies.
