Cherie Priest
Cherie Priest is an American fantasy author whose Clockwork Century series began with Boneshaker, a steampunk alternate history of the American Civil War. The Dreden Files in particular created an infectious blend of zombies, steampunk, and Southern Gothic. She has also written several standalone horror and dark fantasy novels.
