Gilles Deleuze
French philosopher whose work, in collaboration with Félix Guattari, proposed a philosophy of difference, flux, and becoming as an alternative to representational thinking. Anti-Oedipus is a critique of psychoanalysis and capitalism; A Thousand Plateaus is a labyrinthine masterwork of conceptual invention. His concept of the rhizome has been enormously productive.
