Jack Ketchum
Jack Ketchum was the pen name of American horror writer Dallas Mayr, whose debut Off Season was one of the most extreme and controversial horror novels ever published. His subsequent work continued to push the boundaries of what horror fiction could address, always with a moral seriousness that distinguished him from mere shock writers. He received multiple Bram Stoker Awards.
