Janice Bryant Howroyd

Janice Bryant Howroyd founded ActOne Group in 1978 with $1,500 borrowed from her sister and built it into the largest woman-minority-owned employment agency in the United States with over $3 billion in revenue. She became the first African American woman to build and own a billion-dollar company.
