Vurt

Jeff Noon is a British author whose Vurt and Pollen are among the most psychedelic and inventive science fiction novels of the 1990s, set in a Manchester where feathers enable entry into a shared dreamspace. His later Nyquist detective series is more noir but equally inventive. Vurt won the Arthur C. Clarke Award.
