Michael Morpurgo
Michael Morpurgo is a British author and former Children's Laureate whose more than one hundred and thirty novels address serious historical and emotional subjects with sensitivity. War Horse, his most famous work, was adapted into a play by the National Theatre and a Spielberg film.
