Ruchir Joshi

Indian novelist and filmmaker whose debut The Last Jet-Engine Laugh spans the twentieth century through a Gujarati family. His satirical intelligence and formal ambition make him one of the most distinctive voices in Indian fiction in English. He is also a documentary filmmaker.
