Takehiko Inoue is a Japanese manga artist best known for creating Slam Dunk, a basketball manga that became a cultural phenomenon in Asia. He is also the creator of Vagabond, a critically acclaimed retelling of the life of legendary swordsman Miyamoto Musashi.
