Alexander Kent
Alexander Kent was the pen name of Douglas Reeman, who wrote both WWI and WWII naval fiction as Douglas Reeman and historical Napoleonic sea fiction as Alexander Kent featuring Richard Bolitho. His prolific output of sea fiction made him one of the most successful writers in the subgenre. He had genuine naval service experience from WWII.
