Andre Norton

Andre Norton was a pioneering American science fiction and fantasy author who wrote over three hundred novels in a career spanning more than sixty years. Her Witch World series helped establish the fantasy genre for young adults, while her Forerunner science fiction series was equally beloved. She was the first woman and first author primarily writing for young people to be named Grand Master by SFWA.
