Isabel Yap is a Filipino-American author of dark fantasy and horror whose Never Have I Ever is a debut collection drawing on Filipino folklore and mythology. Her work brings Southeast Asian cultural perspectives to speculative fiction. She has won the World Fantasy Award for Best Short Fiction.
