Patrick deWitt
Canadian-American novelist whose The Sisters Brothers won the Governor General's Award and was shortlisted for the Booker Prize. His fiction blends Western genre conventions with dark literary comedy. He is one of the most formally inventive and entertaining Canadian novelists.
