Tanya Huff
Tanya Huff is a Canadian fantasy author known for her Blood series of urban fantasy novels featuring a female private detective and a vampire ex-cop, later adapted for television as Blood Ties. Her Valor series is military science fiction following a female combat soldier. She is celebrated for her strong female protagonists and warm humor.
