Carl Hiaasen
Carl Hiaasen is a Florida journalist and satirist whose crime novels have created a darkly comic genre of their own, skewering the corruption, greed, and lunacy of modern Florida. His outrageous plots and colorful cast of miscreants have made him one of the most entertaining crime writers working. His former newspaper colleague Dave Barry described him as the funniest writer in America.
