Clark Ashton Smith
Clark Ashton Smith was the third member of the triumvirate of Weird Tales writers alongside Lovecraft and Robert E. Howard, writing ornately beautiful tales of exotic alien worlds, cosmic horror, and dark fantasy. His elaborate vocabulary and baroque imagination created fiction unlike any other in pulp literature. He was also a sculptor and poet of considerable distinction.
