Frank Roderus is an American Western writer who has received multiple Spur Awards for his authentic, unsentimental novels of frontier life. His Jason Longbow and Carl Heller series are among his best-known works, and he has also written extensively for the double Western paperback format. He is considered one of the most reliable craftsmen of the traditional Western.
